DNA Sequencing II

There is a second edition of the text book that I contributed a chapter to a few years ago. This edition is not a revision of the first book DNA sequencing but rather a book devoted to the methods of extraction, clean-up, quantification, and analysis of DNA related to sequencing experiments. I did not contribute to this edition but it is interesting to see that a "line" of Sequencing textbooks are available. I would say I wish I had this in school, but the techniques one uses in academia are often very different and cheaper than the techniques used in industry.
